Disk space is the size your website can be. Every single letter on your website has to be stored somewhere on your web host’s server. Each letter is one byte, and a megabyte is roughly one million bytes. HTML pages are usually very small, but it is the extra images, scripts, and even databases that can take up large amounts of disk space.

Bandwidth/Transfer is the amount of data the server will allow your site to send in a month. Transfer is usually measured in gigabytes – billions of bytes. Once you go over your monthly limit, Nigerian Webhosts may charge you per extra gigabyte of transfer.

If when you go to your website you get a message Error 400 and your e-mail has stopped working, then this normally means that your account has been frozen by our billing department.

Often this means that we have not received payment from you, please contact us. The billing team will be able to get your package unfrozen and up and running in around 3 – 5 hours normally.

Please note. None of your files will have been deleted and the domain names are safe.

11. What if I do not pay?

If a customer refuses to pay and Nigerian Webhosts believes the customer has broken their contract as agreed in the Terms and Conditions, the customers Domain/Web Package will be suspended. If after a certain date specified the customer still refuses to settle their outstanding sum then their account will be terminated and their details passed onto our Debt Collection Department. We wish that all of our customers are happy customers and that this action will be avoided.
